EMPLOYEES & INSURANCE:
John Agnelli Construction has several construction crews and office staff of whom all are covered by Worker’s Compensation Insurance. A Worker’s Compensation Exemption Certificate is NOT insurance coverage. It means you can not sue Worker’s Compensation Insurance for a loss, but the exempt person can sue the home owner.
