New home construction prices have risen sharply the past few years. Post Hurricane Andrew, the building codes have raised the minimum standards for construction.
We, at Agnelli Construction Inc., insist on a higher standard then the minimum. Our technique in applications of framing and strapping exceeds all minimum requirements. Some manufacturing specifications are totally ignored by the Building Code, but again this is minimum standards.
No matter what price range your home is in, we will construct it beyond the minimum standards. This is our pledge to all our customers. We will not construct homes for the investor who does not install the integrity in the product. Unlike the writing of our forefathers before us, not all homes are created equal. A home is one of the largest investments in our lives, we feel everything should be done to protect that investment during the test of time.
